Contest open to Kauai residents 21 and over.
All prizes will be awarded and are non transferrable and non redeemable for cash.
All contestants submitting video for the competition waive all rights to the use of their names and images and voices with regards to the promotion.
All contestants will receive a sipper bottle provided by Kong radio and department of health.
Grand prize winner based on creativity, originality and use of materials at hand.
One entry per person.
Final decision for the winner will be the sole discretion of the judges at Kong radio.
Grand prize is four days/3 nights space available at the Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club including $500 in dining credits at Kukui’s for food only.
Tips and taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
All entrants save and hold harmless Kong radio and its sponsors from any injury or death resulting in taking part in the video competition.
Immediate family of Kong radio, department of health and Kauai Marriott Resort and Beach Club are ineligible.
All entries must be submitted between January 11th and February 12th according to format rules attached.
Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
