TO PLAY:

  1. Create a YouTube account and upload your video showing your 2012 resolutions. Click here for help uploading to Youtube.
  2. Complete the registration form below and include the URL link to your video.
  • Entries will be accepted from Jan 11th until 5pm HST on Feb 12th.
  • All entries will receive a Take the Leap sipper bottle.

GRAND PRIZE:

Four day, three night stay at the KAUAI MARRIOTT RESORT AND BEACH CLUB plus $500 dining credit for the stay at KUKUI'S. Value of the rooms including GET, TAT, and Resort fees, will be approximately $1500. Value of the F&B cards is $500. Total value of the Take The Leap prize is $2000.
